For 68 different vehicle brands, SPE is a leading manufacturer in product categories such as tie rods, swing arms with tie rods, steering shafts, tie rod kits, tie rod ends, swing arms without tie rods, swing arm bushes, rubber groups, stabilizer links and stabilizer link bushes, repair kits, Z-rods, Z-rod kits, sheet metal swing arms, aluminum and steel forged tie rods.

From Material Management to Customer Satisfaction

SPE has an organization that successfully manages all critical stages from the timely delivery of products tailored to customer demands, to logistics and procurement processes.

In procurement processes, ensuring the supply of high-quality, timely, and cost-effective components is achieved. Additionally, planning activities and cost improvement comparison processes are effectively carried out using the IFS ERP system.

SPE’s logistics department manages the entire process from entering customer orders into the system to completing shipments. In this process, all raw materials and semi-finished products to be used in production are procured from suppliers according to the specified time, quantity, and quality standards; stored under suitable conditions; and delivered to production units on time.

Moreover, creating weekly and daily shipment plans, considering early shipment requests and urgencies from customers, directing the production departments, and ensuring shipments are made are the main responsibilities of this department.

Domestic Capital: First for Our Country, Then the World

To gain a competitive advantage in domestic and international markets, our purchasing department evaluates local, national, and global supplier alternatives carefully, prioritizing local suppliers, ensuring the timely supply of high-quality products at competitive prices.

This department places special importance on supplier development processes and contributes to the development of suppliers, whom it considers as business partners. By adding value to its suppliers, it creates opportunities for mutual growth and development.

In addition to purchasing activities, to adapt to rapidly changing automotive technologies, it ensures that components for new vehicles and products involved in projects are supplied on time, enabling the Project and R&D Departments to quickly launch new products.

In 2018, SPE invested in a new 10,000 m² shipment center, maximizing shipment performance and aiming to minimize delivery times. The process, which begins when customer orders are entered into the system and ends with shipment, is managed efficiently through this center, ensuring on-time delivery.

By the end of 2019, in addition to the shipment center opened in 2018, SPE purchased a new 67,000 m² factory area, increasing the total production area in Düzce to 140,000 m² of open space and 120,000 m² of closed space.
