Thanks to significant recent investments in its molding facility, SPE now has the largest and most technologically advanced molding shop in its industry. With state-of-the-art CNC molding machines, SPE manufactures all of its product molds in its own molding facility.
Among SPE’s wide range of products are ball joints, wishbones with ball joints, steering arms, steering kits, tie rods, wishbones without ball joints, swing arm bushings, rubber groups, control arms and bushings, repair kits, Z-rods, Z-rot kits, sheet metal wishbones, and aluminum and steel forged steering arms. By producing each of these products using advanced technology, the company maintains its leadership in the industry. Mold Shop Equipment Supported by Advanced Technology
In our mold shop, we produce all of our molds under the SPE umbrella using state-of-the-art machines and software. Thanks to computer-aided engineering (CAE) software and specially developed multi-programs for sheet metal forming and hot forging, we are able to successfully achieve optimal mold designs in a single attempt.
Expert in the Field: SPE
SPE manufactures, maintains, and revises molds for sheet metal swing, hot forging, rubber vulcanization, and cold runner rubber injection, with its expert and experienced staff. All these processes are carried out with high precision, supported by CAD/CAM/CAE software.
