Exporting 90% of its production to over 90 countries, primarily in Europe, SPE has more than 12,000 active references, adding over 900 new references each year.

Successful Assembly Operations with SPE
In the assembly department, assembly processes are carried out using fully automatic, semi-automatic, and manual assembly lines without compromising on quality standards.
In this process:
- All parts undergo forming processes with road and load-controlled servo presses. Each assembled part is monitored in real-time with a load-road graph, and torque values are checked using special measurement devices.
- In the packaging line, faster and more efficient service is provided to customers through special barcode programs. Additionally, continuous improvements are made in the processes with special box folding and packaging machines.
- Packaging tables, optimized according to Lean Manufacturing principles, consider material flow and working ergonomics, and use error-preventing poke-yoke and barcode systems.
- The state-of-the-art ultrasonic welding technology offers the capability to manufacture parts for all types of vehicles.
SPE is the largest manufacturer in Europe in the aftermarket for suspension and steering parts for passenger and light commercial vehicles.
Starting its journey in the industry in 2017 with 100% domestic capital, SPE now operates in a total area of 190,000 m², with 120,000 m² of this area being covered, in the Düzce Organized Industrial Zone, employing over 1,900 people.
The company, with its global facilities, offers services in a total production area of 190,000 m² and employs over 3,200 people. In line with the growth in the aftermarket and increasing demand, our Düzce facility started full capacity production in 2018 and is equipped with the latest technology. This facility symbolizes not only advanced technology but also new production methods and a high standard of quality for SPE.
